Nice that your pitch is backed by data, good job doing research to back up your project! When you're pitching, make sure to show a full demo of your product.

Nice to tie this to a big social challenge. Unclear tie exactly how your solution, through the bot, will actually get and be delivered to the elderly. Seems to be a gap right now to ensure delivery of the service or products.
