Pretty good idea around the use of cryptocurrency. Requires a lot of buy-in from multiple stakeholders. That can be a business problem.

The idea depends on mandating the transactions through their platform. Why would government / NGO's take it up? Plus - whatever transactions happen can tracked today. The problem they should be looking at is different to stop terrorism funding.
