We are mobile first and we included an mobile SDK that allows our customers' customers to get a response in seconds, by leveraging a pool of on demand customer services reps. It's a no brainer -- companies save costs by employing a cheap front line of defense while customers receive instant support related to their inquires. All this is possible because of Synch.
