The solution allows customers to train our AI model to recognize their speech and a phrase. Customers can then utter a phrase at checkout, Cleverpath, using Microsoft Speaker Recognition Cognitive Service, provides a confidence score. Customer recognition by POS checkout personnel can override the score, by adding recognition points to complete the transaction. All information, including trained speech pattern, uttered phrase, confidence score, vendor override, transaction details are stored in Mastercard Blockchain.
