Chart engine - technology. Better to start with a problem - SQL quwery? I have no idea what that is. Nor do I know what lawn started is - Better to simply as much as possible. Measure your own KPIs? Give me some concrete examples of this VISUALIZE this for the audience. I need to know a lot more information about the product and the VALUE. Raw SQL -this is too much jargon.
