Criteria for the summary should be learned from the interactions. It's like a recommender system, basically. Great stuff.

I think this oversimplifies the process of recruitment. If I am a company, I want to know all I can in order to make the right decisons about hiring. Will lead to loads of people being missed off I fear.

Really like the feedback loop. This has a ton of applicability.
