I love the use of the Dun & Bradstreet API for company CRM integration. For this product to be really useful, it would need to be extended to support click tracking, heat maps, etc. In that sense it may be more analytics than it is CRM.

CRM sales forcfe is outdated. Would like to hear some statistics size of the problem here. Who is the user for this ? Give me a customer profile. What is the competitive landscape - or what is the CLEAR differentiation?
