Capchit is a crowd sourced crime reporting mobile app. It enables users to use mobile phones to report any kind of suspicious activity anonymously. The app is powered by machine learning algorithms that use facial recognization and object scene detection to identify the intensity, type, and authenticity of crime. Once crime feed is started by the user, Capchit will send amber alert type notifications to the people in the regions with the link to the live channel feed that will enable them to gain more knowledge on the crime. App also powers users to directly connect with first responders and allow to subscribe to the live video/image feed getting recorded by the user reporting the crime.
