BluRaven is a community forum which enables the citizens to address any administrative or social issues with community-driven approach enabled by an interactive application. BluRaven aims to reduce the addressing time by 60%.

Good design sense. But the problem is not a tech problem but a social dyanamics problem. Government intent is harder to solve, and not possible just by throwing a new app at it.
Loved the product though, and the design and UX of it.
