Found this very hard to judge. Felt like you didn't get to tell the whole story. I wish there was more of a quantative, dashboard, aggregate, network effects type of approach; vs. parsing a list of info. No one really knows how to do social media marketing in a small biz. Social media marketing rewards platform. Very simple and well pitched. Utilize hashtags but only one search. Could be interesting to explore the reporting side a bit more. Bring up use case a bit earlier. Criteria for these customers? Only online customers?
