First when we insert the card it gives us two options. 1.Me 2.Alternate In case 1 we have face recognization where data in the cloud and data in the card matches and then we are allowed to draw the money. In case 2 we have an alternete option where user cannot go to ATM so that OTP is sent to the registered mobile after this process only you are allowed to enter the PIN and draw the money
