Public Administration has changed in recent times. Technology is playing its part in making the whole process transparent and easy to avail for common man. Despite making progress in this front there is lot of scope still left to make it more efficient, better and easily accessible.

Citizen Centric Services Hackathon / #CCSHVizag aims to bring savvy talent together to innovate new service, product and operative concepts to solve digitization challenges of Public Service Delivery in Andhra Pradesh.

#CCSHVizag intends ● To collect problem statements related to public services delivery ● To create awareness about existing solutions and compare it with other solutions available elsewhere ● To select few of the problem statements and build solution and present it to relevant authority

Awareness - Reach - Access of Public Services

Hackathon will be primarily focused on building solutions around, ● Awareness about Citizen Services on the list of services available for each citizen from government. ● Reach of Citizen services, location of the office , department, indoor map, contact person and his details. ● Access to the services will help in consuming the services by paying for the service, checking status or downloading forms etc.

Join an interdisciplinary team to create solutions to real-life problems in an inspiring 30 hour Hackathon event coached by academic, public, and private sector experts.

Before the event you will get prepared. After the Hackathon you will refine the concepts, create implementation plans and take your ideas forward to realize tangible results!

In the Hackathon spirit the project is a competition where the best team wins prizes and is announced during IIAF.
