Love the robot. Good problem to solve.

The robot is definitely cool but not sure if this adds any friction to the overall process. Was curios if the app is intended to sit within the RBC app or a scheduling solution across multiple branch/location partners.

Like how you connected the branch and the mobile experience. Complexity of understanding true branch availability may make aspects of this a challenge to implement. Liked the simplicity of the UI designs.

I like the virtual me robot. I think there is still a barrier of getting branch times accurate.

not a fan of QR codes idea is great, worried about the integration at the branch level, but like the idea of automating that process/experience much better.
