The team has an interesting idea to start with -- personal digital marketing assistant. However, the team needs to put more effort in (1) refining the idea further - creative and practical ways of how they can help customers in digital marketing, and (2) being able to present the product in a concise and coherent manner to the investors.

the presentation of the feature and function is not clear, probably the product have a strong point that is not highlighted, so it is really hard for the judge to do assessment, a chat bot might be strong, but not enough time to show it. how to measure the impact of a campaign in not showed, like dashboard or etc. the team need to know how to maximized the time in their presentation.

1. Too similar with others automatic marketing tools; 2. Can't quite present the NLP feature that this app has.

unfortunately we did not get much from the pitching. But given what i have seen so far, the value proposition is not strong enough and may not necessarily solving a pain point of a customer. The way i see it this is a automatic marketing campaign using chatbox which technically has no or little barrier of entry

Not sure how this is different from other solutions in the market (e.g.: Facebook scheduler and currently available chatbots). The two products are meshed together with still unclear integration why they should be offered as one service.
