A project built from the frustration of a London hobo looking for a flat. Problem: (Landlord) Hates arranging multiple viewings. Afraid of finding shit housemates. (Hobo) Hates having to compete with others in the competitive housing market of LDN with 10+ people viewing the flat before you. Hates radio silences before and after viewing a house. Solution: An app better than Sparerooms that focuses on building a useful user profile for both parties (Questions like - "When are your work hours?" to know if they will clash with your shower time in the morning), better viewing booking time slots, and automated responses for when a landlord has found a tenant and vice versa.
