This is a web application for notifying people for free without any internet connection through their mobile number via SMS and MMS. The user first should add the number to the system via a web application. The system will send the specific information that the category selected by the user at the specific time. The web application will notify the specific user at the specific time. The information that sent to the user is selected by the user. In Afghanistan due to the lake of internet we want to make this web application to notify the people and our users from what they want. We will provide the information to them in everywhere at every time.

Amazing the idea and it is executable, you guys need to think about your Business Model and execution is based upon that
Sending Bulk SMS costs money and it usually costs more when sending bulk SMS to Afghanistan Phone Numbers.
Secondly, 1 SMS is 160 characters and it's hard to put a big message in that.
You were not only late on defining your revenue model but it will take time for your startup to be profitable.

The idea is very good. The application try to send SMS on health, education, etc... What is your source of information . Reliability of data is an important issue. who can control accurate data is transferred. Please identify your source of information. The application is applicable widely because it does not require smart phones and internet.
