A really important problem you are trying to address with this project. The main question for this project I have is how will crowd sourced facts be more reliable? Also Facebook currently is working on and has the ability to flag questionable articles, could get some inspiration from how they do this.

Great idea. Facebook is already investing into this but there is a need for an independent system to verify news stories and articles and crowdsourcing is a great way to do it. Nice job!

-Great two-prong approach, and choosing a salient, consequential problem -The Chrome extension is great, and love the "click bait" flag filter -If you go with the education bent, I would recommend targeting trade schools as well! They're less likely to learn critical reasoning in this program, which means you could make big impact with a traditionally underserved communities. Question: -What are your community verification procedures? That is, how do we ensure the crowd is verifying true information? -What is your user acquisition strategy for folks who might be more likely to be reading fake news? -Have you considered internal rankings based on the average veracity of a source? Consider whether there are libraries that would help you achieve this. Could also do this for individual reputation (in addition to publication).

Pretty cool idea, maybe consider a login to help reduce duplicates, perhaps create a system to ranking of people who are more likely to verify quality Questions -Who is your target audience, have you considered reaching out to educators? -How do you make it agnostic to political leaning?
