(IPFS overview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uypCBHLacBc) Governments can use Ronary as a permanent record for citizens to records things like birth certificates, educational documents, tax audits, health records, immigration visas and wills. Having data stored on the Blockchain with IPFS will reduce the paperwork currently needed to keep track of these items. Since it costs less than 1500 satoshis (0.015 USD) to process a user on Ronary this project is scalable on the Bitcoin blockchain, but it could be done even cheaper with other Blockchains like Ethereum and Litecoin.
