BCE.asia is a consortium that's uniting members from different industries under a neutral platform backed by blockchain technology. The chancery passport is the entry point to BCE’s digital services, where embassy members can endorse individuals and unlock new features, services and products from other embassy members using a multi-signature verification model that removes the need to remember multiple usernames and passwords or re-create member profiles everywhere.
