45 million Americans live below the poverty line. We can help, but we don't. Give makes it super easy to contribute to those in need. Social service partners register those in need through an app we supply. This generates an account that can be funded by others through MasterCard P2P technology. The person in need receives a beacon that is tied to that account. A Giver uses an app we created where they can set up their funding sources, adjust their giving preferences, and watch their progress. They can then put the app away. When they come into proximity of someone in need, the beacon triggers the app to make a contribution. The person in need can visit an affiliated merchant. Their beacon is recognized by the payment terminal, the merchant can verify the person's identity from their picture, and complete a transaction. The Giver receives confirmation that they helped someone. We also integrated our beacons with the MasterCard Vending SDK to bring our technology to vending machines. The technology is achievable and scalable. We need merchants and social services to get on board to change the world.
