Ambulances take on average over 12 minutes to reach your location in New York City. Brain death from Sudden Cardiac Arrest occurs in 6. AEDs, or defibrillators, are a staple in many buildings around the city and could be accessed much faster than an ambulance if located in time. Heartfleet allows a 911 dispatcher to find the closest AED to you with arcGIS, texts directions to its location and simultaneously uses Postmates to deliver an AED directly. With both an ambulance on the way and personal AED delivery, we hope to save a life.
