The Second Thought Bot is a sentiment analysis chatbot for businesses' Yelp pages, Facebook pages, and more. Businesses can suffer greatly from negative online reviews about their businesses. By reviewing a the sentiment of a customer's post in real-time while it is being written, we allow businesses to intercept a negative post before it goes online, thus allowing the business to remedy this customer's concerns. The Second Thought Bot uses HPE Haven OnDemand and a chatbot to provide this solution. Analyzing the sentiment and injecting the chatbot to engage with a customer is just the start. The HPE Haven OnDemand suite of APIs allows us to categorize reviews, identify key trends, and determine in which categories (Food, Service, etc.) the sentiment is trending up vs. trending down.
