We're replacing the phones in hotel rooms with Alexa to request a service from the front desk. We use Alexa API and mean stack to process the voice requests & pass it to the relevant department. For instance, if the guest requests breakfast, the request skips the front desk & directly goes to the kitchen Alexa can also answer questions related to travel, food, currency, city, tourist attractions & services available at the hotel. Alexa can replace the front desk & reduce the amount of time taken to service a request.
