45 million americans are below the poverty line. The Help service aims to remove the unease and friction in giving to those in need. Those seeking aid register with social services through the HelpWorker app. They receive a small iBeacon that identifies them. People wishing to give use the Help app to fund an account. They set up contribution rules for automated giving, or can give manually through the app. When near someone seeking aid, the app detects the iBeacon and can contribute to the wearer's escrow account. The final app, HelpMerchant, enables merchants to offer essential goods and services when the person in need visits their establishment. Connecting with the iBeacon identity, they can charge against the person's escrow account. Social workers can track activity such as giving and redemption patterns through enhanced map services like a heat map. Or, they can track the success of individuals to help keep them on the right path. Givers can know that their contributions go directly to essentials instead of some unknown use. They can also see summaries of how their funds were used. https://github.com/EPage-Ed/help https://www.linkedin.com/in/edward-arenberg-853272 @arenberg
