I agree since we have seen results that are vague. We want to work on this idea more and understand that you are interested in AI(still based on twitter analysis, would love to hear more about your insights and

Agree that Watson does a bit of the heavy lifting but we also think it's NOT fit for purpose (being more suitable for long passages, etc.).

Ideally, we'd have used an open-source engine (e.g. Tensor) and modified its objective criteria. However, given the time-constraints, we had to make do.

would be awesome to add multiple users at once to get overall sentiment of a group - could replace group studies.

Hi! Good suggestion - it's something that was part of our roadmap. We wanted to implement the ability to grab sentiments about a 'concept' (e.g. if I want to learn more about a general topic) or an audience (e.g. new graduates, etc).

Similar to what analytic companies do. Potential beyond generating conversations

It's a bit tricky partially because of publicly vs privately available data for people to access about each other.

Part of our roadmap included analysis on a 'concept' (where user-specific data is not required) so we can provide more thought-provoking questions, information and reading-material e.g. by sourcing Quora, Reddit.

What about if there are multiple people with the same name?

It's a challenge that we thought about and considered a few solutions to e.g. keywords like location, occupation, etc. to short-list, as well as a UX-based solution ('choose which one').
