Everyone has opinions. What's lacking is informed opinions. SHouldn't be looking for neutrality - should drive informed debate. Your model is highly gameable since it is based on the biases of your team in choosing issues and which supporting evidence to include. Democracy doesn't happen by individuals alone in front of a screen -- you should focus on creating community and lively debate
