Looking4Talent (www.looking4talent.com) helps small businesses hire smarter using Twitter. Employers who sign up can tweet @username with #looking4talent to any user they find interesting and we automatically send the employer a nicely formated PDF of the candidate's resume. If the candidate has not yet created a resume with us yet, we recruit them on Twitter and encourage the candidate to use our one click LinkedIn resume builder. We then leverage the candidate's social graph to promote the job to friends that have similar skills.
