Absolutely , for the sake of demo i kept the live api (firebase) data open allowing us to use my iphone, android and laptop to simulate chats. SSL was used for communication. Thank you Dmitry. spasibo

Thx, not ground breaking at all, simple UI/UX , few questions allowing you to see filtered advisors, as a customer messaging to any biz advisor would save a lot of time. Branches make you wait. Thank you Darren

I think its great - but I'd be worried about call/request flooding of advisors and RBC professionals. What is the authentication process - how do I know its me. I think that it is embedded - it would be a great feature.

A flood of requests can be managed with smart computer analyzing sentiment, type of questions, attempt to answer, and queue up available resources. And we mentioned it would be part of existing app (hence authorization is done). thank you David

I like your idea. For impact you could have been using the time for the intro with something on the screen to demonstrate the concept. Unfortunately I'm not certain you were able to fully demonstrate the power of your idea in 2 minutes.

I like the chat solution, were you considering an open chat similar to a ticketing system so that SME (Subject Matter Experts) could chime in when available.

Would be great to have SMS capabilities within mobile but how is your solution different from other SMS banking solutions? Would be complex to determine factors such as advisor availability.

I could totally add that, however the content that can be provided via SMS would be limited to due to compliancy rules and sensitive requests that are common.

I think live chat option would be great but probably really difficult to roll out. If it is call centre based vs advisor based.

This idea came from personal experience with my business advisors at RBC ( have 2 different ones at diff branches) . Hence to optimize their communication with me. e.g. i was not preapproved for credit card because my cofounder wasn't an rbc client.

They could easily respond via chat and ill know immediately or someone else in biz unit can answer if others are busy. My current technology allowed me 100 concurrent chats without a delay, that was a free plan :).

Good stuff. I can imagine many expansions for this, such as scheduling, more options to personalize and filter the experience (i.e. different kinds of mortgages), as well as automated recommendations from RBC to the user.

Thanks for your tweets and likes . I was attempting to get audio communication working but couldn't. If i were to roll this out or pitch as a product, i thought of using IBM supercomputer watson to answer questions via chat :)
