DishWish is a crowdsourcing platform that brings mobile food trucks to their demand. Backed by a pledge from a customer, Food truck owners are guaranteed a number of confirmed orders at a new or unexplored location. The pledge becomes a transaction when a food truck owner agrees to the location. With payment processed before meal time, food truck chefs can focus on their passion...cooking. Notified through text, customers can pick up their wishdish without ever waiting in line. New locations and new customers provide new data to make better business decisions.
