A website on diversity performance of companies and a job board, to inform workforce so that they can make informed choices. The goal is to create more transparency around the workplace diversity, by collecting detailed data. And with the job board make it easier for minority groups to target their applications to companies that are open to them. Using pins on a map, we show company profiles with the data. like a Glassdoor, and in Cuckoo's case it is focused on diversity, targeted to underrepresented groups. Users can provide qualitative data with 1 index + comment box, diversity index, rating from very weak to very strong. Diversity index = reflection of how strong unconscious bias influence company culture. HR manager provide quantitative data on 3 indexes; gender, ethnicity, age group. Gender = Female, Male, Androgyne, Bigender, Transgender, other Ethnicity = white,asian,latino,black, multi, other Age group = ....
