I am looking for a team to help me build the best Keto Diet app. We are removing the need for calorie counting, and focusing more effort on how to keep our bodies on the state of ketosis. We also want to make recommendations that include what we consider healthy serving sizes, but are still aligned with keto dieters needs. I have had help from some of my family members who have used or are using the keto diet. While they have not lost weight doing so, it has helped them learn more about this diet and what is works best for them. After testing it out myself, I've found that tracking fat and protein is much easier than tracking carb intake.
