Hey Jenn, I agree that the ux has to be more simple. I am definitely working on it. It's tricky when it comes to tackling fraudulent behaviour from either sides.

For a start, Lostag targets young adults who are generally careless, giving them an extra reason to use it. As for lazy people, I am still working on making the whole ux seamless.

I agree Andy. It's a constant battle between ux and fraud. I am still cracking my head trying to find out that sweet spot.

This is pretty slick; would be nice if you automatically sent a sticker sheet to users on your service -- maybe pre-print, or let them put it into their printer to print the codes on the sticker paper. I know I'd use this! Great work; where can I get it today?
