I like your idea, and I think it is something that can be beneficial. Need more time to build out the application, think about the business case, how the sensor will be implemented, maybe research some places might already have sensors that you can connect to and focus just on how to capture the data, how to present the data and the different data format for different stakeholders : Government, insurance, etc. Please continue to work on the project and we will be happy to work with you.

The idea is a good and original one but the execution is a little sketchy. The case for insurance companies and the savings they would reach thanks to this sensor / analysis system needs to be much clearer. The team is also not as strong as the rest of the teams in terms of actual hack of the solution, as it was based on an idea more than on an actual hack or MVP.
