Technology is totally dependent on how good the webscraper is. I worry that if someone wanted to game the system it would be all too easy to create bots that spam certain info about a particular person.

Isn't the 'rating' what your product is all about? If you only present information, then how does the user judge?

Great concept but needs a lot of work. I'd be concerned about being accused of slander if you present me in a certain way based on a misunderstanding of some things I post online or otherwise. Unique though and certainly deals with a need (interacting with strangers in a safer way online)
