About this event

*** See http://tamu-hackathon.devpost.com/ for more details and to register for the event. ***

The TAMU Diversity Hackathon is an annual 24-hour interdisciplinary competition to address challenges posed by civic groups, student organizations and city representatives dedicated to social justice. The event will provide a platform for critical discussion of diversity and inclusivity at Texas A&M and in the wider Bryan/College Station area.

The teams will compete for $5000 in prizes by using open data from a variety of sources to address questions around the concepts of accessibility and universal access. The teams can produce apps, visualizations, art, music, installations, or anything else they think appropriate.
