The theme of this year's hackathon is making big data out of small contributions. Think crowd-sourcing, data publishing, data integration, mashups and big data analysis.

  1. We all start coding at the same time. Prior to this, you may work on your idea, design, logo, mockups, but no coding.

  2. Feel free to use any tools, tricks, gems, frameworks, or workarounds you’ve discovered over the years to help you build quicker. Use any language, hosting service, etc.

  3. Ownership and IP: Teams have full ownership and are are free to do with it as they wish.

  4. Submissions: Each team will have a unique page to describe their project and submit by 9pm.

  5. Have fun and show us something cool and interesting!
