About

konek.me is a digitized customer service chat bot with Machine Learning at its core. Using Natural Language Processing, the application could work smoothly with humans, answering every query thrown, accompanied by past experiences used to train the application. Konek.me will be the future for PLDT customer service. It finds a work around on the ever big problem of human customer service. Lessening the trouble faced by customers, making the PLDT team focus on the most important things. The app would also serve as the stepping stone for the future of VOICE, utilizing the knowledge the app gained from interacting with different human. With the addition of voice, the app could be the one to talk to human beings making it customer servicing pleasing, agile and on point
